Pro Health Care Glenelg · Adelaide

GP care that covers the full picture.

Whether you're managing a chronic illness, navigating a mental health challenge, or just overdue for a check, every consultation is a chance to look at what's really going on.

Mental Wellbeing

Anxiety, depression &
mental health support

I take the same careful, evidence-based approach to anxiety, depression and emotional wellbeing as I do to any physical concern. There's no rush, no judgment, just a proper conversation and a plan that makes sense for you. I'm GPMHSC accredited, which means I can prepare Mental Health Treatment Plans and connect you with the right psychological and allied health support when you need it.

  • Anxiety, depression, and stress management
  • Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTPs)
  • ADHD management
  • Referral to psychologists and allied health professionals
  • Holistic, non-judgmental approach

Men's Health

GP care for every
stage of a man's life

Men are statistically less likely to see a GP, often until things have progressed further than they needed to. My approach to men's health creates a space where you can actually raise what's on your mind, without the awkwardness.

  • Hormonal health
  • Sexual health and erectile dysfunction
  • Prostate health and PSA testing
  • Cardiovascular risk assessment
  • Mental health concerns men often don't raise

Preventive Health

The best time to see a GP
is before something goes wrong

Preventive care is one of the most valuable things general practice can offer, establishing a health baseline, catching risk factors early, and building a long-term relationship with a GP who knows your history. Many of the conditions I see most could have been caught earlier.

  • Health assessments and annual check-ups
  • Cardiovascular risk assessment
  • Cancer screening, bowel, breast, cervical, skin
  • Immunisations for all ages
  • Chronic disease prevention planning

Chronic Disease Management

Managing the whole person,
not just the condition

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing a chronic illness for years, I stay current with the latest clinical guidelines and treatment options, which means I can review your current management with fresh eyes. Alongside medical care, I take a holistic view: lifestyle, mental health, and where needed, referrals to a broader multidisciplinary team to make sure every aspect of your health is covered.

  • Type 2 diabetes, blood sugar management, HbA1c review
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Heart disease and cardiovascular risk
  • Asthma and COPD management
  • GP Management Plans where eligible

Weight Management

Sustainable weight management,
not a quick fix

Weight is complex, and the right approach looks different for everyone. I take a holistic view that starts with nutrition, movement and lifestyle before considering medical options. Where medication is clinically appropriate, it can be part of a broader, structured plan.

  • Comprehensive lifestyle and dietary assessment
  • Medication options where clinically appropriate
  • Structured weight management programs
  • Referral to dietitians and exercise physiologists
  • Monitoring and ongoing review

Skin Checks & Skin Cancer

Skin checks with
dermoscopy training

South Australia has one of the highest skin cancer rates in Australia. I hold a Certificate of Practical Dermoscopy from the Australasian College of Dermatologists and a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, advanced GP-level training that goes well beyond a standard skin check.

  • Full-body skin checks with dermoscopy
  • Assessment of moles, lesions, and pigmented spots
  • Early detection of melanoma and other skin cancers
  • Management in primary care where appropriate
  • Referral pathways for complex lesions

Lifestyle Medicine

Nutrition, movement & sleep
as medicine

Lifestyle medicine recognises that how we eat, move, sleep, and manage stress underpins almost everything in health. I integrate evidence-based lifestyle strategies into every consultation, not as an alternative to clinical care, but alongside it.

  • Nutrition assessment and practical dietary guidance
  • Physical activity planning for all fitness levels
  • Sleep quality and fatigue assessment
  • Stress and burnout management
  • Referral to dietitians and exercise physiologists
